Crayon Sculptures (Repost from Miss Jane)

OK. Before I go into detail about this fabulous Artist and her work I have to give credit where credit is due. So a big THANK YOU! goes out to Sara Christine over at Miss Jane. She blogged about these guys a couple weeks ago and I got really excited and just had to repost them here.
These tiny and colorful crayon sculptures are from Diem Chau. Crayons have always been my favorite coloring method so I totally flipped when I saw these. Check out the detail on these guys. I love how she keeps part of the crayon wrapper on. It adds a bit of whimsy to each piece.

Creative. Novel. Supreme.

  1. Love these! I agree about the makes it more crayon-y.

  2. I remember seeing these over at Miss Jane, though you found some new images! Whoohoo! I love these :)

  3. Funny, two "Julia" comments right in a row!

  4. i was always more of a crayon person. colored pencils and markers just never did it for me.

Thanks for commenting! I love to read your words :)
